Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible. Here's exactly what we store and what we do with it.

1. What we DON'T collect

  • No name.
  • No email (unless you contact support voluntarily).
  • No phone number.
  • No KYC documents.
  • No location data beyond your IP for fraud and rate-limiting purposes.

2. What we collect

  • Cryptocurrency wallet from which you sent payment (visible on the blockchain anyway).
  • Order ID generated at checkout.
  • IP address at the moment of payment and when you load the course (for abuse prevention).
  • User-Agent string for compatibility logs.
  • Analytics on which pages you visit (anonymous, no fingerprinting).

3. Cookies and local storage

We use the following local-storage entries on your device:

  • iam_lang — your language preference (en / ru).
  • iam_guide_unlocked — boolean flag indicating you have access to the course.
  • iam_guide_token — JSON object with order ID + grant timestamp (for support continuity).

You can clear these via your browser settings. Doing so will require you to re-enter your access password (or contact support with your order ID).

4. Cloudflare

The site sits behind Cloudflare for DDoS protection and CDN. Cloudflare may set short-lived cookies and process your IP for security purposes — see Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

5. Payment processor

Payments are handled by ZeroCryptoPay. They receive only what is needed to process the transaction. We never see card data — there are no cards.

6. Third-party APIs

The User-Agent test tool sends a request to httpbin.org with the chosen UA. That request leaves your browser directly and is not routed through us. The product catalog on /accounts is served from our own backend over a same-origin API.

7. Data retention

  • Order metadata: kept for 12 months for support and accounting.
  • Server logs: rotated every 30 days.
  • Webhook idempotency records: 90 days.

8. Your rights

You can request deletion of any record we hold about you. Since we collect almost nothing, this usually amounts to deleting your order ID from our database. Email or DM: @nexusmarket_one_support.

9. Children

The service is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Last updated date is shown at the top.
