Terms of Service

By using iam-mastery.shop you accept these terms in full.

1. Service description

IAM Mastery operates the website iam-mastery.shop and provides educational content about Instagram automation tools, particularly InstAccountsManager (IAM) v3.0.8.4+. The service includes:

  • A 14-module written course + bonus screenshot tour (delivered online and as a per-buyer watermarked PDF).
  • Supporting tools: User-Agent generator (150+ devices on Pro/VIP), in-browser search and progress tracking.
  • An in-house catalog of Instagram accounts and proxies, invoiced via ZeroCryptoPay / CryptoBot.
  • Tiered customer support: standard (24h), priority (4h, Pro), and VIP (1h, 24/7).

The service is provided on an "as is" basis; see §5 and §6 below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those governing automation tools, social-media platform terms, cryptocurrency and cross-border digital purchases. You represent that the funds used to pay for the service are lawfully sourced and that you are not subject to any sanctions list that would prohibit the transaction.

3. Acceptable use

By using the service you agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, record or republish any part of the course content.
  • Remove, obscure, edit or otherwise tamper with the per-buyer watermark, forensic markers or any other protective overlay.
  • Share, resell, sub-license, sub-let, lease or gift your account credentials to another person.
  • Use the website to harass, threaten, dox or defame any person or entity.
  • Probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, or run automation against our infrastructure.
  • Use the techniques taught to violate laws in your jurisdiction — including but not limited to fraud, stalking, unsolicited mass-messaging in violation of GDPR/CAN-SPAM, or any activity targeting minors.

4. Intellectual property & licensing

All course material — text, screenshots, template packs, configuration files, video assets, supporting tools (UA generator, captcha proxy, etc.) — is the exclusive property of IAM Mastery and its licensors. By purchasing a plan you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the material for your own learning. Ownership, resale rights, and the right to publicly distribute remain entirely with us.

Third-party trademarks (Instagram, Meta, InstAccountsManager, AdsPower, etc.) appear only in the descriptive context of an educational tutorial. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

4.1 Copyright enforcement & anti-piracy

The course is technologically watermarked at multiple layers. Every page you view carries a tiled visible watermark with your email and a forensic identifier, and every text block embeds forensic canary tokens unique to your account that persist through screenshot, OCR, and copy-paste. Every attempt to copy, print, save, open developer tools or embed the course in an iframe is recorded in our audit log, timestamped and linked to your account. The per-buyer PDF also embeds the buyer's identity in metadata that survives recompression, conversion and printing.

If any part of the course is found on a third-party site, Telegram channel, torrent tracker, file-sharing platform, marketplace, Discord, or any other unauthorised distribution vector, the following will happen automatically, in order:

  1. The offending account will be matched via forensic markers to the exact buyer within 24 hours.
  2. All access to the course, tools, Pro/VIP perks, support and any active inventory will be revoked immediately and permanently. No refund will be issued.
  3. DMCA takedown notices will be filed with the hosting provider, CDN (Cloudflare), Telegram, Discord and the relevant search engines under 17 U.S.C. § 512 and equivalent provisions in the EU, UK, Russia and China.
  4. A formal cease-and-desist letter will be sent to the account of record and any secondary distributors identified.
  5. Civil claims for damages will be prepared pursuant to the Berne Convention (adhered to by 181 states), the EU Copyright Directive 2019/790, the U.S. DMCA 17 U.S.C. §§ 504 & 1203 (statutory damages up to USD 150,000 per work for wilful infringement), UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 s.107 (criminal offence punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on indictment), and analogous provisions in the buyer's jurisdiction of residence. The buyer agrees that liquidated damages of USD 25,000 per leaked copy, plus legal fees and enforcement costs, are a reasonable forecast of actual harm given our forensic ability to attribute each leak to the source and are recoverable as a matter of contract.
  6. Criminal referral is reserved where applicable (wilful commercial-scale infringement, breach of computer-misuse statutes through removal of technical protection measures under WIPO Copyright Treaty Art. 11 and national implementations).

Removing, disabling or attempting to bypass the watermark, forensic markers or any other technological protection measure is an independent offence under 17 U.S.C. § 1201 (DMCA circumvention), Article 6 of EU Directive 2001/29/EC, and Part VII of the UK CDPA — triggering separate statutory damages regardless of whether the material is further distributed.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us before any material surfaces publicly and we will coordinate a credential reset and investigation; reporting after the leak surfaces is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Marketplace products: accounts & proxies

In addition to the course, iam-mastery.shop sells Instagram account credentials (autoreg / aged / real-device) and proxies (mobile / residential / datacenter). These are sold as digital services with the SLA defined in Rules §3 and the replacement procedure detailed in the No Refunds Policy §6. The headline figures, repeated here for clarity:

  • Accounts — 24-hour replacement guarantee from delivered_at on /orders; bulk batch protection for orders ≥10 (full-batch swap if >10% DOA).
  • Mobile / residential proxies — 72-hour IP-health guarantee from delivery; mobile multi-port contractual minimum of 2 concurrent working slots; rotation URLs guaranteed to return a fresh IP within 5 attempts on residential pools.
  • Datacenter proxies — 7-day IP-cleanliness guarantee against major blacklists (Spamhaus, Project Honeypot) at handover.
  • Support response times — Standard 24h, Pro 4h, VIP 1h / 24-7.

Accounts and proxies are delivered as a personal, non-transferable use right. Re-listing them on third-party marketplaces, sub-leasing them to other users, using proxy ports for activity prohibited by the upstream provider (CSAM, fraud, unauthorised access to systems you don't own), or using accounts to violate Instagram ToS in ways that harm other Instagram users (spam, scams, harassment) is grounds for immediate revocation under §7 with no refund. We log proxy-port usage at the network layer for abuse triage.

5. Disclaimers

  • The course teaches techniques that may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Instagram, Meta, etc.). You alone are responsible for any account bans, account losses, platform-level penalties or commercial consequences resulting from applying those techniques.
  • We make no guarantee of any business outcome, account-survival rate, message-deliverability rate, conversion rate or income. Past performance of our account-stock or course techniques does not guarantee future results.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. We are not a custodian of your funds; ownership transfers at the moment of on-chain confirmation.
  • Account credentials are tested at time of handover (login flow + cookie validity check); their future health depends on your warm-up discipline, your proxy pairing, your client device fingerprint and ongoing Instagram policy changes — outside the 24h replacement window described in §4.2 it is your responsibility.
  • Proxies are tested at time of handover (TCP bind, public-IP echo, basic blacklist check); their future health depends on usage patterns and upstream pool dynamics — outside the 72h replacement window described in §4.2 it is your responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM Mastery, its officers, employees, licensors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, account bans, platform policy changes, third-party tool failure, cryptocurrency price fluctuation, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to IAM Mastery in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe in good faith that you violated these terms, the Purchase Rules, or applicable law. On termination for cause (including piracy, chargeback abuse, or fraud), no refund will be issued and any outstanding perks, support minutes and proxy-service time are forfeited. See the No Refunds Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time to reflect legal, operational or product changes. Material changes will be announced via the site banner and/or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law and the substantive copyright law of the buyer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must first be raised through our Telegram support channel and submitted to good-faith negotiation for a minimum of thirty (30) days. Only after that period has elapsed may a claim be escalated through competent arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
