Purchase Rules

Read these rules before buying. By completing payment you confirm full agreement.

1. What you can buy on iam-mastery.shop

We sell three types of digital products:

  • IAM Mastery course (/pricing) — Start $99, Pro $169, VIP $249. 14 modules + bonus screenshot tour, EN / RU / 中文, lifetime updates. Pro/VIP unlock the advanced UA generator, the 50+ template pack, priority support; VIP additionally includes a 1-on-1 AnyDesk setup session.
  • Instagram accounts (/accounts) — autoreg / aged / real-device with full login:pass|cookies handover. Stock validated every 4 hours. Auto-delivery to your /orders page within 30–60 seconds of payment.
  • Mobile / residential / datacenter proxies (/proxies) — Mobile 4G/5G, US/EU/SEA residential pools, datacenter packs. Manual fulfilment within 2 hours of payment, credentials posted to /orders.

None of the above is a software licence or a physical good — these are digital services delivered electronically.

2. Delivery

  • Course: Access opens automatically when the crypto payment confirms on-chain. The webhook + 30-second poller flip your has_access flag and you can read the course at /guide. End-to-end: usually under 60 seconds.
  • Accounts: Auto-delivery from our internal pool. The moment payment confirms, our backend pulls N accounts from the AVAILABLE pool, decrypts their credentials and writes them into your order on /orders. Click Download .txt or Copy to get them. If our stock is temporarily exhausted, fulfilment falls back to manual within 2h.
  • Proxies: After payment confirms, our support team prepares the IP/port, login, password and rotation URL for your tier. Visible at /orders within 2 hours during business hours, 6 hours overnight.

Your order ID is always visible on the success page and at /orders. Keep it for any support ticket.

3. Replacement & SLA

Each product carries its own replacement policy. We aim to be generous within these windows and strict outside them — please read carefully so there's no misunderstanding.

Course

  • Lifetime access. New modules and updates added automatically — no extra payment.
  • If a module screenshot is broken, a link is dead, or content is incorrect, message support and we fix within 48h.

Instagram accounts

  • 24-hour replacement guarantee per account: if a delivered account fails to log in (wrong cookies, account already banned at handover, password reset by Instagram before you arrived), we swap it once on first request.
  • The 24h window starts from the moment of delivery shown on /orders.
  • What is NOT replaceable: bans / shadowbans that occur because of YOUR usage (mass-DM, follow spam, automation against IG ToS), self-inflicted password changes, 2FA you set up wrong, etc.
  • Replacement is one-for-one — same SKU, same age category, same country if specified.
  • Bulk purchases (≥10 accounts): we expect at most 5% to need replacement; if more than 10% of a batch is dead at delivery, we replace the whole batch.

Mobile & residential proxies

  • 72-hour IP-health guarantee: if any port is unreachable, fails to bind, or shows degraded latency > 5x advertised baseline, we hot-swap or extend the rental.
  • Mobile multi-port: minimum of 2 concurrent working slots is contractual. Below that triggers an automatic replacement.
  • Residential pools: rotation URLs guaranteed to return a fresh IP within 5 attempts.
  • Datacenter: standard one-week guarantee on IP cleanliness against major blacklists (Spamhaus, Project Honeypot, etc.).
  • What is NOT replaceable: IP bans on Instagram caused by your specific account behaviour, IP-based rate-limits triggered by you, shared-pool concerns (we offer dedicated tiers for that).

Support response times

  • Standard tier: 24 hours.
  • Pro tier: 4 hours.
  • VIP tier: 1 hour, 24/7.

4. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By purchasing you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

5. License of use

  • One purchase = one personal, non-transferable license — applies to course access, account credentials, and proxy ports alike.
  • Sharing your access link, credentials, screenshots, or any course content publicly will result in instant access revocation across all products you own.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the course material in whole or in part.
  • Account credentials may be used in your own automation tools (IAM, AdsPower, etc.) but may not be re-listed for sale on third-party shops.
  • Proxy ports are for your own automation traffic only — not for resale, not for proxy-marketplace listing.

6. Payment

  • Cryptocurrency only — BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20/BEP20), LTC, TRX, TON, BNB and others via ZeroCryptoPay or CryptoBot.
  • Send the exact amount on the correct network. Wrong-network or under-paid transfers cannot be recovered — that is a network-level limitation, not our policy.
  • You alone are responsible for transaction fees and confirmation times.
  • If your invoice expires (60 min on ZCP, 24 h on CryptoBot) before you send the funds, simply create a fresh checkout. Existing pending orders auto-cancel after 60 min and free up the inventory.

7. No refunds (digital + auto-delivered)

Due to the digital, instantly-accessible nature of every product on this site, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has begun. See the full statement at No Refunds Policy.

The Replacement Policy in §3 above is your remedy for delivery defects — not a refund. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible at the protocol level; even if we wanted to process a refund, the on-chain transfer cannot be undone without a fresh outgoing transaction at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

IAM Mastery is an independent project. We are not affiliated with Perfect.Studio, Meta Platforms Inc., or any social network. Names, screenshots and trademarks of third parties are used in a descriptive educational context only.

We do not guarantee any specific business result. Outcomes from the techniques learned and the accounts/proxies purchased depend on your skills, market conditions, account quality, on-going Instagram policy changes, your warm-up discipline and your offer.

9. Account suspension

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if we detect any of the following on any of our products:

  • Sharing access credentials, screenshots, or course content with third parties.
  • Attempts to download, scrape, or republish the course material.
  • Attempts to remove, obscure or tamper with the per-buyer watermark or forensic markers.
  • Opening developer tools on a gated page to harvest content (beacon events are logged and linked to your account).
  • Reselling delivered Instagram accounts on third-party marketplaces.
  • Using purchased proxies for activity prohibited by their upstream provider (CSAM, fraud, unauthorised access).
  • Chargeback fraud or any payment dispute initiated through a third-party processor.

10. Piracy is tracked, and it's expensive

Every page of the course — on-screen and in the PDF — is watermarked with your email, user-id and a forensic fingerprint. Invisible canary tokens unique to your account are embedded in every module text block; they survive screenshots, OCR and copy-paste. The PDF further embeds your identity in metadata, which is preserved through recompression, format conversion and printing.

If course material — or even a stitched screenshot — surfaces anywhere outside iam-mastery.shop (Telegram channels, torrent sites, Discord servers, file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, mirrors), the leak is attributed to the source account within 24 hours, and we initiate the full enforcement cascade documented in Terms of Service §4.1:

  • Immediate and permanent revocation of course, tools, VIP perks, support, and any active inventory across all products you own. No refund.
  • DMCA takedowns filed with Cloudflare, Telegram, Discord, and search engines under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (and equivalents under EU, UK, RU and CN copyright law).
  • Civil claims prepared under the Berne Convention, EU Directive 2019/790, US DMCA §§ 504 & 1203 (up to USD 150 000 per work for wilful infringement), UK CDPA 1988 s.107 (up to 10 years imprisonment on indictment) and analogous provisions in the buyer's jurisdiction.
  • Contractual liquidated damages of USD 25 000 per leaked copy, plus legal fees and enforcement costs — agreed by the buyer at checkout as a reasonable forecast of harm.
  • Criminal referral reserved for wilful commercial-scale infringement or circumvention of technical protection measures (17 U.S.C. § 1201, WIPO Copyright Treaty Art. 11).

We don't run these enforcement steps to harass legitimate buyers — they only fire when a leak is matched forensically. If you suspect your credentials were stolen, write to support before the material surfacesand we'll coordinate a credential reset and investigation. Reporting after the fact is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
